Customer Feedback - Deli Spices
We recently interviewed Mark Whitelaw who is the Regional Project Manager for Deli Spices and asked him about his experience with Avansa, this is what he had to say:
“I manage a spice company and when we needed a money counter for our factory-shop I spent ages looking comparing suppliers and their products, prices and the services they offered. The reason I chose Avansa
was their products, prices, warranty and backup services seemed to be the best but mostly because when I called them with questions about warranty, product specifications and a hundred other things, they were really helpful and explained everything to me very simply. The real surprise came when one of their salespeople said our premises aren't too far from theirs and he would deliver it personally instead of sending it with FedEx. The next day he delivered it in person and connected it up and proceeded to give us a full demonstration, explaining all the features and maintenance procedures. A couple of months later, the same salesman just popped into our factory shop, he said he was in the area and just wanted to know if everything was still good with our money counters. I never think twice about recommending Avansa to anyone as their products are great quality and their service is just FANTASTIC!”
